Under the guidance of your Instructor, you'll be taken on a unique and fun adventure around the HELL & BACK Junior course. Everyone must work together to go over, under, around and through over 60 obstacles from HELL & BACK Junior and Ireland’s Fittest Family TV show.

Our National School Tours are suitable for children aged 7-13 so from 3rd to 6th Class.

WHAT TO PACK
We will email you a few days before your School Tour with full details of what each child should bring with them, including a packed lunch plus a change of clothes and footwear in case they get wet.
Our outdoor actitivies are designed for all types of Irish weather - but, don't worry, we do have back-up plans in case the rain is torrential!
