Sign your child up this summer to an EXCITING NEW Adventure & Sports Camp at The High School, Rathgar, brought to you by the team who run the Alive Outside Adventure Centre and HELL & BACK Junior!
The camp takes place from Monday to Friday and consists of 6 hours each day, jam-packed with sports and activities, fully utilising the excellent grass and astro pitch facilities at The High School.

Alive Outside is Ireland's leading outdoor activity provider and our camps are all about the outdoors, fresh air and nature – essentially it’s back to basics for your kids so they will be guaranteed a fantastic week of activity, creativity and learning.

One of the camp highlights is undoubtedly a Day Trip on the Friday to the Alive Outside Adventure Centre in the stunning 800-acre Killruddery Estate, Bray, Co. Wicklow, home to HELL & BACK Junior and Ireland's Fittest Family TV Show!
ACTIVITIES
Each day, your child will take part in a number of exciting outdoor activities and sports, resulting in a fun-filled and action-packed 6 hours learning new skills and making new friends outside in the fresh air - so sleeping at night should not be a problem!

The Camp includes a Day Trip + Bus on the Friday to the Alive Outside Adventure Centre in Killruddery, home to HELL & BACK Junior and Ireland's Fittest Family!

DATES
The camp is suitable for children aged 7-13 and there are 3 weeks of camps available during the 2024 school summer holidays:

5 Day Camp from Mon 1st to Fri 5th July - ADDED DUE TO DEMAND!

5 Day Camp from Mon 8th to Fri 12th July
-
5 Day Camp from Mon 15th to Fri 19th July

WHAT TO PACK
The kids should bring a packed lunch with them each day - and, unless the rain is absolutely torrential, all outdoor activities will go ahead!
Plus at the end of the week, each child will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement.
START / FINISH TIMES
There are two start/finish time options:

09:00 to 15:00; or
-
09:30 to 15:30;
(Please note that, if you are registering with others, make sure you all register together for the SAME START TIME as there are limited spaces available.

DAY TRIP TO KILLRUDDERY
On Friday, the entire camp will travel to the Alive Outside Adventure Centre in Killruddery, Bray, Co Wicklow for a day of fun and adventure!

Each child must arrive at The High School at 08:30 for check in

The bus will leave The High School at 08:45 sharp!

In Killruddery, the children will take part in three activities:

Hell Run with lots of obstacles
-
Mountain Adventure on the Little Sugar Loaf

Team Building Games to develop communication skills

The bus will arrive back to The High School at 15:00

Please be present to collect your child at 15:00 after the Day Trip!

*Please note that this option is no longer available.* For the month of February, you can reserve your child’s place on the Summer Camp by paying a €30 deposit - the balance is then not due until 70 days later at the end of April!
